Welcome to PrepShift. By accessing or using our services, websites, and applications (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.
1. Accounts & Access
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. Prohibited actions include attempting to access non-public areas, interfering with the Service’s operation, or using the Service to violate law or third-party rights.
3. Messaging (SMS) & Email
If you enable messaging features, you must obtain and maintain all required consents from your recipients and comply with carrier and regulatory rules. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP; for help, reply HELP. Standard message and data rates may apply. See our Messaging Policy.
4. Data & Privacy
Our collection, use, and sharing of information are described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide and for your own retention obligations.
5. Service Changes
We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical. Material changes to these Terms will be posted to this page.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepShift will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your primary business location unless otherwise required by applicable law. Venue and jurisdiction will be in the courts of that location.
